Merredith is a self-proclaimed real estate nerd and an ever-aspiring optimist.
Meredith is certified as a specialist in Real Estate Law by the Law Society of Ontario. She is the recipient of the 2024 OBA award of excellence in real estate, the 2021 Distinguished Service Award from the FOLA, the 2018 recipient of the CCLA Abe Feninstein solicitor award, the 2009 Regional Senior Justice Award from the CCLA, and has been recognized in numerous editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada. She is the former chair of the CCLA Real Estate Lawyers Committee, a member of the CCLA Solicitor’s Conference Planning Committee, the Provincial Working Group on Lawyers and Real Estate as well the Law Society’s Real Estate Liaison Group. Merredith is a past Real Estate Co-Chair of the Federation of Ontario Law Associations.
